Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an Amortization Event, Liquidation Event of Default, Waiver Event or Series 1997-1 Limited Liquidation Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing then, in certain circumstances, principal on the Class A-1 Notes may be paid earlier, as described in the Indenture.
