If no agreement is reached either party may refer the dispute to the WAIRC for conciliation and/or arbitration.
All assessment instruments under the conditions of this clause, including the appropriate percentage of the General Agreement wage rate to be paid to the Employee, shall be lodged by the Employer with the Registrar of the WAIRC.
