Wafers definition

Wafers means semiconductor wafers to be processed and prepared for shipping by Company at the Newport Beach Fab including Engineering Wafers, Production Wafers, Pizza Mask Wafers, and Risk Materials.
Wafers means wafers that have been manufactured or processed according to the Process so as to include or embody any of the products listed on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Wafers means Engineering Wafers, Production Wafers, or both, as applicable.

More Definitions of Wafers

Wafers shall have the meaning given to it in the above Recitals.
Wafers means four-inch (4"), five-inch (5") and/or six-inch (6") silicon wafers for any of the Products to be manufactured by Fairchild hereunder.
