VTS definition

VTS means the vessel traffic service of a port administered by the Authority in respect of a VTS zone.
VTS means the Port of Dover Vessel Traffic Services, (Dover Port Control), at the Port of Dover.
VTS means the computer program known as the Vendor Tracking System used by County for tracking changes in Subcontractors, reporting payments, evaluating the HUB Program.
