VT definition

VT means the Value of the Equity Tranche Swap at the relevant time of determination (based on the applicable Firm Value Quote or, if the relevant Knock-Out Event occurs as a result of a Failure Date, as determined by the Determination Agent in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner in light of prevailing market conditions and by reference to any Unwind Costs of the Performance Counterparty in respect of the Performance Charged Agreement) expressed as a percentage of the Original Swap Notional Amount at that time.

VT means Visual Inspection of equipment and structures using either or all of raw human senses such as vision, hearing, touch and smell and/or any non-specialized inspection equipment.
