Once notice of redemption is mailed and the Company shall have complied with paragraph (iii) below, the Voluntary Redemption Price shall become due and payable on the Voluntary Redemption Date.
A Voluntary Redemption Notice submitted to the Company or to the TASE members may not be cancelled or changed.
