VMware definition

VMware means VMware, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
VMware has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
VMware. “We”, or “Us” means VMware, Inc., a Delaware corporation, if the billing address for your Order is in the United States, or VMware International Unlimited Company, a company organized and existing under the laws of Ireland, if the billing address for your Order is outside the United States.

VMware means VMware, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Target.

Section references in this document are to the provisions of these Terms of Service. “The Agreement takes effect when you click “I accept” or similar button or check box presented to you as part of the sign-up process or when you first use the Service Offering, whichever is earlier, and will be in effect until the earlier of (1) the end of the term specified in the Order or (2) the date on which the Agreement is terminated as permitted in the Agreement.”
VMware means the software VMware software produced by the company called VMware.
