Villa means a house that
Villa means any residential villa (including the Open Terrace, servant’s quarter, driver’s quarter and Car Parking Spaces, if any, appurtenant thereto) and/or any other covered space in the Villa Section which is capable of being exclusively occupied, used and/or enjoyed;
