Vigilance Committee definition
Vigilance Committee means a committee constituted under section 29 to supervise the implementation of all schemes under this Act;
Vigilance Committee means the Audit Committee which shall act as the Vigilance Committee till such time a separate Vigilance Committee is constituted.
Vigilance Committee means a committee constituted by Board of Directors of the Company to receive Protected disclosures, initiate inquiries, maintain records thereof and report the results / status of every complaints to the Audit Committee on quarterly basis.
