Within six months of the appointment of a Vicar, the voting members of the branch will be polled using the polling procedures as set forth in Section VII.C., to determine the future status of the branch: to remain a Barony, to transfer to a Province, to be lowered to Shire status, or to dissolve the branch.
For any Church-organised event in the Hall the Vicar or a Churchwarden must appoint a person who will be in charge of safety (“person in charge”) during the hire or event.
