Examples of VFCC in a sentence

  • The Deal Agent shall in all cases be fully protected in acting, or in refraining from acting, in accordance with a request of VFCC or the Required Investors or all of the Secured Parties, as applicable, and such request and any action taken or failure to act pursuant thereto shall be binding upon all the Secured Parties.

  • The Deal Agent will give prompt notice to VFCC and each of the Investors of its receipt of such request for extension of the Commitment Termination Date.
