Veterinary Inspector definition

Veterinary Inspector means a person appointed by the Minister for the purposes of these Regulations;
Veterinary Inspector means, in relation to the part of the State or outbreak of disease to which the appointment refers, a person who is, under section 54, appointed to be a Veterinary Inspector, and “Deputy Veterinary Inspector” shall be construed accordingly;
Veterinary Inspector means a licensed accredited veterinarian or employee of the department approved by the department under section 943.13 of the Revised Code to inspect animals at either a livestock auction market or a livestock concentration market, or both.
