Vestry definition

Vestry means the lay persons who, together with the Rector and Church Wardens, comprise the Parish;
Vestry means the board of directors of a parish corporation as defined in Canon XI, Section 11.11.
Vestry means a meeting of the members of a congregation which is chaired by the Incumbent.
