Verification Certificate definition

Verification Certificate means a B-BBEE certificate issued in compliance with the B- BBEE Codes of Good Practice and all Sector Codes issued in terms of Section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Verification Certificate means the original certificate in the form annexed to the Backup Servicing Agreement, duly completed and signed by the Backup Servicer.
Verification Certificate means the certificate attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A, setting forth the offering prices at which the Purchaser will reoffer and sell the Bonds to the public.

  • The successful Respondent will be required to ensure the validity of all returnable documents, including but not limited to its Tax Clearance Certificate and valid B-BBEE Verification Certificate, for the duration of any contract emanating from this RFQ.

Verification Certificate means the certificate so named, the form of which is set out in Exhibit D to the Back-up Servicing and Verification Agency Agreement.
