Venturer definition
Venturer has the meaning given that term in the definition of Joint Venture above.
Venturer or "Venturers" means the party or parties to this -------- --------- Agreement and all permitted successors and assigns thereof.
Venturer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).
Examples of Venturer in a sentence
If the Venturee determines not to participate in such proposed Venture or fails to respond in such time period, the Venturer may pursue such Venture alone or with any third party, as the case may be.

Venturer means Hines or Company individually and the term "Venturers" shall mean Hines and Company collectively.
