Venturer definition

Venturer has the meaning given that term in the definition of Joint Venture above.

Venturer or "Venturers" means the party or parties to this -------- --------- Agreement and all permitted successors and assigns thereof.

Venturer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a).

Examples of Venturer in a sentence

• Each Venturer agrees not to use any Confidential Information or make copies or notices of any documents, records or materials whether they be printed or in machine readable form, (the “Records”) containing or referring to Confidential Information, except as may be authorized in writing by the Disclosing Party.

• Any Venturer, upon ceasing to be a party to the Joint Venture shall return all Records containing any Confidential Information to the Disclosing Party or, with respect to Confidential Information developed in the course of the Joint Venture, shall return such Records to a party to the Joint Venture, who shall accept such Records on behalf of the Joint Venture.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Company" shall include, as appropriate, MDDC.
