The only power the Trustee has under this agreement is to exercise the power of sale in the event of a default by the Vendee.
Should Vendee fail to make any payment, or to do any act as herein provided, then Vendor, but without obligation to do so and without notice to or demand upon Vendee and without releasing Vendee from any obligation hereof, may make or do the same in such manner and to such extent as Vendor may deem necessary to protect the security hereof.
The person shall execute and retain an affidavit identifying the notice mailed, showing the name and residence or business address of that person, that he or she is over the age of 18 years, the date of deposit in the mail, the name and address of the Vendee to whom sent, and that the envelope was sealed and deposited in the mail with postage fully prepaid.

The Vendee understands and agrees that in the event of any failure on his/her part to comply with the applicable guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India, he/she may be liable for any action under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 or other laws as applicable, as amended from time to time.
