VEBA Trust definition
VEBA Trust means the "USWA-Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation Retiree Welfare Benefits Plan Trust", established by Borrower pursuant to its collective bargaining agreement with the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO-CLC, for the purpose of funding welfare benefits for retired employees of Borrower
VEBA Trust means the trust that provides benefits for certain eligible retirees of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation represented by the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC (formerly known as the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC), the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America and its Local 1186, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, the International Chemical Workers Union Council of the United Food & Commercial Workers and the Paper, Allied-Industrial, Chemical and Energy Workers International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC and their surviving spouses and eligible dependents.
VEBA Trust means the Long Term Disabled VEBA Trust for Former Nortel Employees, originally adopted June 2013.

Contributions on behalf of each eligible employee shall be based on the conversion value of sick leave days accrued by such employee available for contribution at retirement or separation in accordance with state and federal laws and the VEBA Trust and Plan.
In order to administer this Plan, SPS will deposit eligible sick leave conversion funds to the credit of each participating employee in the VEBA Trust.
