VCOC Letter definition

VCOC Letter shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.08.

VCOC Letter means a letter agreement among Borrower, Guarantors, and Foothill's Participants that meets the Venture Capital Operating Company requirements and that is in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Foothill.

VCOC Letter means a management rights letter executed by the Partnership, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

• Castle Creek and its Affiliates shall be provided with access, information, and other rights as provided in the VCOC Letter Agreement.

• All documents and information provided under this Section 4.3(b) will be subject to the confidentiality provisions contained in the VCOC Letter Agreement.

More Definitions of VCOC Letter

VCOC Letter means a VCOC Letter, substantially in the form approved by the Required Lenders and reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower.

VCOC Letter means the letter agreement to be entered into by the Company and the Other Purchaser with respect to certain VCOC matters.

VCOC Letter has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(1)(j).
