The Asset Representations Reviewer agrees that it will not, and will cause its Affiliates to not (i) purchase or sell securities issued by VCI or its Affiliates or special purpose entities on the basis of Confidential Information or (ii) use the Confidential Information for the preparation of research reports, newsletters or other publications or similar communications.
The Owner Trustee shall not be required to perform any of the obligations of the Issuer under any Transaction Document that are required to be performed by VCI, the Servicer, the Transferor, the Administrator or the Indenture Trustee, other than as expressly provided for herein.
