VB means the value calculated by multiplying the Invested Amount at the time of the calculation by the relevant percentage calculated from the following table (for the purposes of interpreting the table, "Counterparty rating" is the credit rating assigned to Party A by S&P and "Maturities" is the period from and including the date of calculation to but excluding the scheduled maturity of the last expiring Transaction outstanding under this Agreement): VOLATILITY BUFFER (%)
