Variation Request definition

Variation Request means a written request by a Party to the other Parties requesting a variation to the terms of this IPA.

Examples of Variation Request in a sentence

  • Upon the receipt of a request from the Company pursuant to Clause 7.1, the Service Provider shall, within 7 days, notify the Company of the effect of the Variation Request on the Fees and/or other terms under this Agreement and/or the relevant Order.

  • If following receipt of the Service Provider’s response pursuant to Clause 7.2, the Parties are in agreement on the Variation Request and the adjustments to be made to the Services under this Agreement and/or the relevant Purchase Order, the Parties shall execute a variation order (a “Variation Order”) to reflect such agreement.
