Variable Rate Period definition

Variable Rate Period means each period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Variable Rate.
Variable Rate Period means that period during which the Bonds bear interest at a Variable Rate.
Variable Rate Period means that period during which a Variable Rate is in effect on the Bonds.

Examples of Variable Rate Period in a sentence

  • The Variable Rate for the Variable Rate Period commencing on the Conversion Date shall be established in accordance with the applicable subsection of Section 3.02, and notice of such conversion shall be given to the Owners in the same manner as is provided for conversions from one Variable Rate Period to another Variable Rate Period pursuant to Section 3.02(g)(iii) above.

  • The Variable Rate so determined shall become effective on the first day of the next succeeding Variable Rate Period.

  • The Remarketing Agent shall not sell any Bond for which a notice of conversion from one type of Variable Rate Period to another, to Flexible Rate Periods, or to a Fixed Rate Period has been given by the Paying Agent/Registrar unless the Remarketing Agent has advised the person to whom the sale is being made of the conversion.

  • At the option of the District, and pursuant to an order of the Board the Bonds may be converted from a Flexible Rate Period to a Variable Rate Period (other than the Initial Rate Period).


More Definitions of Variable Rate Period

Variable Rate Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on (and including) the day before the Conversion Date.
Variable Rate Period means a Daily Rate Period or a Weekly Rate Period.
Variable Rate Period means the period of time beginning on the date of initial authentication and delivery of the Bonds during which the Bonds bear interest at a Variable Rate. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, words importing the singular number shall include the plural number, and vice versa, and the terms “hereof,” “hereby,” “hereto,” “hereunder,” and similar terms, mean this Indenture.
Variable Rate Period means the period beginning on, and including any Wednesday (or, if not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) and ending on, and including, the then next Tuesday (or the day immediately preceding the first day of the next Variable Rate Period), except that in the event of Conversion to Variable Rate Bonds, the first "Variable Rate Period" means the period beginning on the Conversion Date and ending on, and including, the second succeeding Tuesday (or the day immediately preceding the first day of the next Variable Rate Period) unless the Conversion Date is a Tuesday or Wednesday, in which case it will end on and include the first succeeding Tuesday.
Variable Rate Period means that period of the term of an advance in respect of which a variable rate of interest applies, or is to apply.
Variable Rate Period means the period during which the Bonds bear interest at the Variable Rate.
Variable Rate Period means the period from and including the Issue Date to the earlier of (i) the Conversion Date or (ii) the day of payment in full of the Bonds.
