Variable Interest definition

Variable Interest means any Note that is designated as a variable funding note in the related Indenture Supplement.
Variable Interest means either of (a) any Investor Certificate that is designated as a variable funding certificate in the related Supplement and (b) any purchased interest sold as permitted by subsection 6.9(d).

Examples of Variable Interest in a sentence

  • Variable Interest on a market-linked GIC is based on variation of the value of the underlying asset, including, without limitation, a Reference Index, Reference Share, Reference Unit or Reference Portfolio.

  • Principal invested on the Issue Date and Variable Interest, if any, will be repaid on the Maturity Date of this investment or the payment date of the guaranteed interest, if any, during the Bank’s regular business hours.

Variable Interest or “VI” – has the meaning as set forth in ASC Topic 810, Consolidation, as issued and modified from time to time by FASB.
