The Fees and Variable Fees due under this Agreement are exclusive of tax.
Registrar shall pay all Fees and Variable Fees in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Payment Terms, and portions not disputed per the Payment Terms shall be paid in full.
Registry Operator shall not be required to provide advance notice of any price increase for the imposition of Variable Fees.
The signed, dated and certified Monthly Report, along with the Variable Fees identified in Subparagraph 4(B), must be submitted, in the Department-approved format, within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation.
