Variable Facility Fee definition

Variable Facility Fee means the applicable variable facility fee shown on the Summary of Credit Facility Structure as adjusted, if applicable, as set forth in Section 15.03 of this Agreement.
Variable Facility Fee. Has the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement. Event of Default and other capitalized terms used but not defined in this Note shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Master Agreement or, if not defined in the Master Agreement, as defined in the Security Instrument.
Variable Facility Fee means for any Variable Advance drawn, the number of basis points determined at the time of such Variable Advance by Lender as the Variable Facility Fee for such Variable Advance.

  • The Variable Facility Fee shall be payable in advance, in accordance with the terms of the Variable Facility Note.

Variable Facility Fee means, with respect to any Variable Advance, the number of basis points per annum determined by Lender at the time such Variable Advance is made as the Variable Facility Fee for such Variable Advance.
