Valuers definition
Valuers means the person or persons appointed valuers in terms of this Act.
Valuers means such firm of valuers and surveyors being members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as shall be determined by the Company for the purpose of valuing the Properties or failing determination by the Company, as determined by such valuer appointed by the then president of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or the next most senior officer available) upon the application of either Shareholder.
Valuers means the Cosan Valuer, the Shell Valuer, the Sole Valuer and/or the Independent Valuer (as the case may be).
