Value-Added Reseller definition

Value-Added Reseller. (“VAR”) means the Licensee. The VAR has the right to use the CHS Data and Products to update existing products or develop new paper products. The VAR has no right to permit or grant sublicences to anyone else to reproduce or distribute the CHS Data or Products, or use the CHS Data or Products to update or develop products.
Value-Added Reseller is a company within the meaning of sec. 14 BGB that intends to sell PTV Cloud Services on a non-exclusive basis to Customers in its own name and for its own account. A Value-Added Reseller is not a commercial agent.
Value-Added Reseller means any third-party vendor that enhances or modifies existing hardware or software, adding value to the services provided by the processor or acquirer. “Value Added Service(s)” means the following Payment Gateway Services, including but not limited to: Customer Vault™, iSpyFraud™, CertifyPCI™, Advanced Transaction Routing Interface™ (ATRI™), and /or any other service or product offered by Payment Gateway now or in the future.

Value-Added Reseller. Any Person that combines Licensed Services with additional software, services or features and then sells, distributes or leases such combinations directly to end users.
