Valid Tax Invoice definition

Valid Tax Invoice means an invoice containing the elements of a tax invoice as required under local GST Law and must include the following:
Valid Tax Invoice means an invoice which complies with GST Law and contains the Purchase Order number.
Valid Tax Invoice or “Proof of Purchase" means a receipted tax invoice from the TECO Authorized Reseller to the Participant that meets the requirements of theDesignated Country’s” relevant tax legislation.
