Valid Charge definition

Valid Charge means a charge incurred by the Cardholder for purchases of goods or services on the Card and any other charge as may be included by ICICI Bank from time to time for the purpose of this Reward Program.
Valid Charge means a charge incurred by and charged to a Card member holding a Card and only such a Valid Charge shall be taken into account for award of Rewards Points;
Valid Charge means a charge incurred by the Card Member for purchase of goods or services on the Card and any other charge as may be included by ICICI Bank from time to time for the purpose of Reward Scheme .

Examples of Valid Charge in a sentence

  • Each Valid Charge processed on a Processing Date shall, subject to the other terms of this agreement be reimbursed by Business Fuel Cards on the Selected Payment Date.

  • Subject to the terms of this agreement, Business Fuel Cards shall, on receipt of any request for reimbursement of a Valid Charge, pay the Merchant the full amount of that Valid Charge less the Merchant Service Fee on such charge at a rate determined in accordance with clause 11.

  • Valid Charge means a charge incurred by the Cardholder for purchase of goods or services using the Card or any other charge as may be levied by us from time to time in connection with the operation of the Card (including all charges levied by VISA from time to time).

  • If any order is through mail or telephone (subject to permission of such service by bank), the merchant agrees it has not received a Valid Charge.


More Definitions of Valid Charge

Valid Charge means a charge incurred by and charged to a Cardholder holding a Card and only such a Valid Charge shall be taken into account for award of Reward Points;
Valid Charge means all credit sales at merchants posted to a Card, excluding ATM transactions, account fees, finance charges, transaction fees, delinquency fees, over- the-limit fees and other fees imposed by the Bank

Valid Charge is a charge within the amount authorized in clauses 6 of this agreement which is charged to the holder of a Valid Card on a Charge Slip acceptable to HBL bearing an imprint of the card and member’s signature as appearing on the valid card. The Merchant agrees to retain the bills/invoices pertaining to the charge slips for a period of eighteen months from submission date and make them available to HBL on request.
