Vacate means to set aside a previous action.

Vacate shall be defined as Tenant’s ceasing to use the Premises for its Permitted Use or the removal of substantially all of its furniture and equipment and personal property from the Premises.

Examples of Vacate in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of Notice to Renew or Vacate, RESIDENT shall respond within fourteen (14) days stating their intent.
