Upon receipt of Notice to Renew or Vacate, RESIDENT shall respond within fourteen (14) days stating their intent.
Following the entry of the Arbitration Award, if either party desires to file a Motion to Vacate the Arbitration Award with a court in Salt Lake County, Utah, it must do so within the earlier of: (a) thirty (30) days of entry of the Arbitration; and (b) in response to the prevailing party’s Motion of Confirm the Arbitration Award.

The Resident must move out of the Premises and return all keys and access cards where applicable before 12:00 noon on the date indicated on the Notice to Vacate and no later unless previously agreed to in writing by the Landlord.
