VA Guaranty definition

VA Guaranty. A guaranty granted by the VA with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
VA Guaranty. As to any VA Asset, VA's full or partial guaranty of payment of amounts due thereunder.
VA Guaranty means a guaranty by the VA under the Serviceman’s Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, provided such guaranty shall be in accordance with Section 4.02 hereof.

  • The origination fee may not be charged on financed FHA MIP, VA Guaranty Fee, USDA/RD Guaranty Fee or PMI, unless expressly permitted by FHA, VA, USDA/RD or PMI regulations.

  • Conventional Mortgage: A Mortgage Loan other than an FHA-Insured Mortgage Loan or a Mortgage Loan with a VA Guaranty or a Rural Development Guaranty.

  • Loan Refinancing a Mortgage Without a VA Guaranty: Except as noted below, any VA-guaranteed Loan Refinancing a Mortgage Without a VA Guaranty, including a Refinance Loan used to pay off a conventional mortgage, is subject to the Seasoning Requirements in Subsection (d)(i) and (d)(ii), above.

VA Guaranty means a loan guaranty certificate granted by the VA with respect to a mortgage loan under the Serviceman’s Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended from time to time.
