  • As used in this Agreement: the general term “Continuation Coverage” refers to COBRA, State Continuation Coverage, and USERRA; the term “qualified beneficiary” refers to any person entitled to elect continued group health coverage under any such law; and the term “qualifying event” refers to an event which entitles such person to elect continued group health coverage under any such law; unless the context indicates otherwise.

More Definitions of USERRA

USERRA means the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994. Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, effective December 12, 1994, contributions, benefits and service credit with respect to qualified military service will be provided in accordance with Code Section 414(u).
USERRA. ’ means the federal uniformed services employment and reemployment rights act of 1994 as in effect on July 1, 1998.
USERRA means the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, as now in effect or as hereafter amended, including any regulations and rulings promulgated thereunder and any successor statute of similar import.
USERRA means the provisions of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 contained in chapter 43 of title 38 of the United States Code.
