User Acceptance Testing definition

User Acceptance Testing means testing of each Phase identified in the Project Schedule using the process defined above for Software Deliverable.
User Acceptance Testing or “UAT” means the testing process described in Section 4.

More Definitions of User Acceptance Testing

User Acceptance Testing. (also referred to as “UAT”) means the testing of Deliverables to be carried out by the State with the support and assistance of Contractor to determine whether the Deliverables should be approved or accepted by the State.
User Acceptance Testing means the tests to be conducted by PEBA, to demonstrate that the Phase, Deliverable, or the System, as installed on the Equipment at the Government Cloud Services Subcontractor hosting facilities or PEBA Premises, conform to the applicable System Specifications in all material respects, as further described in the Solicitation.
User Acceptance Testing. (also referred to as “UAT”) means the testing of work products to be carried out by the Department with the support and assistance of the Contractor to determine whether the Deliverables or Work Products should be Accepted by the Department.
User Acceptance Testing or “UAT”) will consist of executing test scripts from the proposed testing submitted by TCS, but may also include any additional testing deemed appropriate by Xxxxxxx. If Xxxxxxx determines during the User Acceptance Testing that the Deliverable contains any deficiencies, Xxxxxxx will notify TCS of the deficiency by making an entry in an incident reporting system available to both TCS and Xxxxxxx. TCS will promptly modify the Deliverable to correct the reported deficiencies, conduct appropriate System Testing (including, where applicable, Regression Testing) to confirm the proper correction of the deficiencies and re-deliver the corrected version (including new test cases) to Xxxxxxx for re-testing in User Acceptance Testing. TCS will coordinate the re-delivery of corrected versions of Deliverables with Xxxxxxx so as not to disrupt the Xxxxxxx User Acceptance Testing process. Xxxxxxx will promptly re-test the corrected version of the Deliverable after receiving it from TCS. Xxxxxxx shall complete its User Acceptance Testing on each Deliverable within the applicable Review Period; provided, however, if the applicable Review Period expires without Xxxxxxx taking action as required by this Section 3.1(e)(v), then acceptance will not be deemed to occur and Xxxxxxx shall be able to reserve its right to reject a Deliverable following the expiration of such applicable Review Period. In such an event, TCS shall promptly notify Xxxxxxx of such failure and the need for Xxxxxxx to complete its review as required. Prior to the expiration of the applicable Review Period for such Deliverable, Xxxxxxx shall deliver to TCS either (1) Xxxxxxx’x written acceptance of the entire Deliverable; (2) Xxxxxxx’x notification of rejection of the entire Deliverable (with an appropriately detailed explanation of the Deliverable’s failure to meet the Acceptance Criteria); or (3) Xxxxxxx’x written acceptance or notification of rejection of the subparts of the Deliverable, indicating required corrections for the rejected subparts, if such corrections are known to Xxxxxxx. After expiration of the agreed Review Period Xxxxxxx will be considered to have accepted the Deliverable if Xxxxxxx does not provide TCS with any written notification of its objections with reasons after three (3) Business Days notice that a decision needs to be made.
