Use Code definition

Use Code means the two-digit number created by the Marin County Assessor’s Office to define classes of properties.
Use Code means the encrypted access code or license key provided by Licensor that enables Licensee to use the Licensed Products on the authorized Computer.
Use Code means that code assigned by the County for the purpose of identifying the primary activity for which an Assessor’s Parcel is being used.

Use Code means the six-digit use code assigned by the County Assessor to each Assessor’s Parcel.

Licensee may make a reasonable number of back-up archival copies of the Products. Licensee will reproduce all confidentiality and proprietary notices on each of these copies and maintain an accurate record of the location of each of these copies. Licensee may not otherwise copy, translate, modify, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Products, except as and to the extent specifically authorized by applicable law. In no event will Licensee deactivate the Use Code. Vision will provide a replacement copy of the Software at no charge in the event the Licensee loses or damages the Software.
