Usage Percentage definition

Usage Percentage means, as of any date of determination, a percentage equal to (i) the daily average outstanding principal balance of all Advances during the related Interest Accrual Period divided by (ii) the Aggregate Commitments as of such date.
Usage Percentage means, with respect to any Interest Accrual Period, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, (i) the numerator of which is the daily average Committed VFN Principal Balance during such Interest Accrual Period, and (ii) the denominator of which is the daily average Maximum Committed VFN Principal Balance during such Interest Accrual Period.
Usage Percentage means, as of such date of determination, a percentage equal to (i) the Aggregate Outstanding Advances divided by (ii) the Aggregate Commitment as of such date.

Usage Percentage means the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of (i) the sum of (x) the average daily outstanding amount of Loans and (y) the undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, to (ii) the aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Commitments during such period.
