Usage Guidelines definition

Usage Guidelines means the guidelines regarding display and reproduction of the Certification Xxxx, as published on the Foundation’s website, which may be updated from time to time by the Foundation.

Usage Guidelines means Licensor’s guidelines for use of the Licensed Marks as may be provided and amended from time to time by Licensor in its sole discretion, including the General Electric Company’s Brand Identity Guidelines (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx_xxxxxxx/); provided, however, that such guidelines shall not be more onerous than those which apply to use of the Licensed Marks by GE and its Affiliates in connection with products or services that are similar to the Products and Services.

Usage Guidelines means, collectively: (i) Parent’s guidelines for use of the XX Xxxxx as may be provided and amended from time to time by Parent in its sole discretion; (ii) Parent’s Brand Identity Guidelines (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/article/brand-architecture), or any successor brand identity guidelines thereto, as may be updated from time to time by Parent in its sole discretion; and (iii) the Healthcare Visual and Branding Guidelines which are set forth in Attachment 7, as may be updated from time to time by Parent in its sole discretion or as requested by Licensee and approved by Parent in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of Usage Guidelines

Usage Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section ‎11.6(c)(i).

Usage Guidelines means any terms and conditions, definitions, criteria, and usage guidelines for the use of Licensed Asset(s). Usage Guidelines may be modified by Intel, at any time, in Intel’s sole discretion, including but not limited to when Intel introduces new products and/or new Licensed Assets.
