Examples of US Dollar Equivalent Amount in a sentence
The Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as applicable, shall notify the Parent Borrower and the Lenders of each determination of the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of each Borrowing denominated in Euro, Sterling or Canadian Dollars and each Letter of Credit or any Letter of Credit Exposure denominated in an Alternative Currency.
If the applicable Borrower fails to make such reimbursement payment when due, the applicable Issuing Bank shall notify the Administrative Agent thereof, and the Administrative Agent shall notify each Revolving Lender of the applicable Letter of Credit Disbursement, the payment then due from such Borrower in respect thereof (the “Unreimbursed Amount”) and the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of such Lender’s ratable share thereof (based on its Revolving Commitment).
Upon receipt from the beneficiary of any Letter of Credit of any notice of a drawing under such Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Bank shall notify the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the applicable Borrower and each other Revolving Lender as to the US Dollar Equivalent Amount to be paid as a result of such demand or drawing and the payment date.
Payments of dividends under the Offshore Preference Shares shall be in U.S. dollars at the U.S. Dollar Equivalent Amount.
The Administrative Agent shall determine the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of any Swingline Advance as of the date on which such Swingline Advance is made, using the applicable Spot Rate in effect on such date, and such amount shall be the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of such Swingline Advance.
