Upstream Facilities means all facilities for the production, gathering, processing, and delivery of Natural Gas to the Production Terminal from the gas field(s) including wells, production platforms, transportation, compression, and treatment facilities and pipelines.

Upstream Facilities means the facilities installed or to be installed for the first phase of development of the Unit Area, including [*****]. The Upstream Facilities shall include any common use infrastructure for use in connection with any subsequent phases of the development of the Unit Area once the same has been constructed and commissioned.

Examples of Upstream Facilities in a sentence

  • Gas transmission pipelines that would deliver Gas to the GTP or the Mainline from Upstream Facilities.

  • Date Where, other than due to any of: (a) a delay in completion of construction or commissioning of the Upstream Facilities because of an Event of Force Majeure; or (b) termination of this Agreement under clause 3.6 or (c) a delay in the construction and commissioning of the Delivery Point, the Commencement Date has not occurred within 90 days of the Requested Commencement Date, then the Commencement Date will be deemed to be the date which is 90 days after the Requested Commencement Date.

  • Facilities (a) The Seller will commence the work required to construct and commission the Upstream Facilities and use its reasonable endeavours to complete construction and commissioning to be in a position to commence the supply of gas by the Requested Commencement Date.
