Updated Survey definition

Updated Survey has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.

More Definitions of Updated Survey

Updated Survey means an updated Existing Survey (or any new survey) ordered and paid for solely by the Purchaser Parties and completed and obtained by the Purchaser Parties during the Due Diligence Period.

Updated Survey means an ALTA/ACSM 2011 Land Title Survey covering each parcel of Real Property and containing the following Table A Requirements: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6(b), 7(a), 7(b(1), 7(b(2), 7(c), 8, 9, 10, 11(B), 13, 16-19, 20(A) and 21, or such variations to such Table A requirements as may be consented to by Seller Representative, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Updated Survey means an ALTA survey signed by the surveyor and certified to the Title Company and Buyer in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, which survey shall be sufficient for the Title Company to remove its standard survey exception and to issue the Title Endorsements in any Title Policy issued, showing and including (a) the locations of all Project facilities, (b) the location of all existing roads, buildings or other structures and (c) access affirmatively to at least one public street or road.
