Unmarketable Parcel definition

Unmarketable Parcel means a number of Shares which is less than a Marketable Parcel; and "Unmarketable Parcel Holder" means a Member holding less than a Marketable Parcel.
Unmarketable Parcel means a number of Shares which is less than a Marketable Parcel; and
Unmarketable Parcel means a parcel of shares of a single class registered in the same name or the same joint names which is, in aggregate, less than the number that constitutes a marketable parcel of shares of that class under the business rules of ASX.
