Unit Warrant means a warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Warrant Agreement.

Unit Warrant means a Common Stock purchase warrant included as a component of a Unit.

• The Corporation has made application so that at the time of issue of the Offered Units, the Unit Shares, Unit Warrant Shares and Compensation Option Shares will have been conditionally approved for listing on the CSE, subject only to the standard listing conditions.

Unit Warrant has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;
