Union Plan definition

Union Plan means any benefit plan maintained or administered by a union to which the Company is a party.

Union Plan shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.

Union Plan means the Pension Plan for Hourly Rated (Union) Employees of Jacksonville Shipyards, Inc. sponsored by Jacksonville Shipyards, Inc.
