Uniform Construction Code definition

Uniform Construction Code or “Code” means the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code, as set forth in N.J.A.C. 5:23-1 et seq., including the International Building Code and all applicable Sub-codes, as amended from time to time.
Uniform Construction Code or "UCC" means N.J.A.C. 5:23.
