Underlying Share definition

Underlying Share or “Underlying Shares” shall mean uncertificated shares of, or other interests in, other investment funds, accounts or vehicles, including, but not limited to, mutual funds.
Underlying Share means a Class A Share issuable upon the exercise of an Option.

More Definitions of Underlying Share

Underlying Share means one Common Share, subject to adjustment in accordance with Article 4;
Underlying Share means, the share or other security which is the subject of the Deposit Agreement; and

Underlying Share means the Subordinated Voting Share issued upon the exercise of the Underlying Warrant, and payment thereof;
Underlying Share means the share of the common stock or of the exchange-traded fund specified in the applicable pricing supplement, the performance of which underlies the securities linked to underlying shares.
