Underlying Rate definition
Underlying Rate means on a date when the Underlying Rate is required to be determined:
Underlying Rate means the Underlying Fixed Percentage, the Underlying Benchmark Rate Level or the Underlying Spread Rate as specified in the relevant Final Terms;
Underlying Rate means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the Benchmark Rate LevelA or the Spread Rate specified in the relevant Final Terms;
