Underlying Policies definition

Underlying Policies means the policies identified in Items 4.(A) and 4.(B) of the Declarations.
Underlying Policies means the policies identified in Items 4 and 5 of the Declarations.
Underlying Policies means the policies set forth in Item 2(a) and Item 2(b) of the Schedule (and each such policy shall be an “Underlying Policy”).

  • During the notification period, the Ceding Company may continue to cede and Generali USA will continue to accept pursuant Article I Underlying Policies covered under the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Underlying Policies

Underlying Policies means all policies identified in the Schedule of Underlying Insurance.
Underlying Policies means the Primary Policy and any other insurance policies set forth in Declarations.
Underlying Policies means the policies outlined in Item G. and H. of the Declarations.
