Underemployed Pathway: The unpaid principal balance of the borrower’s first-lien mortgage cannot exceed the Federal Housing Administration loan limit for calendar year 2013, as effective on November 19, 2012, for the county in which the subject property is located unless certain qualifying conditions are met as defined in the program guidelines.
