Unauthorized User means anyone that is not an Authorized User.

Unauthorized User. The term "Unauthorized User" shall mean any individual who accesses the Product except for employees of Licensee or designated individuals authorized by licensee to access the Product using the performance, utility and functions of the Product for internal business operations of Licensee and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Product.
