Unauthorized Attachment definition
Unauthorized Attachment means the Attachments referred to and described in Section 3.5 of this Agreement.
Unauthorized Attachment is any Attachment or Modification made without the approval of UTILITY pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Unauthorized Attachment means any Equipment attached to the Company’s Facilities other than an Authorized Attachment.

Any such Service Drop Attachment without a Permit will be considered an Unauthorized Attachment subject to the fee provisions of Appendix A.

Unauthorized Attachment means an attachment that does not have a permit and a governing agreement.

Unauthorized Attachment means any affixation of any Licensee Attachment to Licensor Poles, which has not been authorized as required by this Agreement.
