Unanimous Decisions definition

Unanimous Decisions means any of the decisions set forth on Schedule III attached hereto, which shall require the prior written consent of Holders holding 100% of the Percentage Interests in the Mezzanine Loan.

More Definitions of Unanimous Decisions
